SEAM PLATES & INSULATION PLATES

Circular Design & Reinforcing Ribs -provide exceptional strength to resist wind uplift forces. Made of Aluminum PLUS Zinc coated steel – resistance at 15 cycles of Kesternich test according to ETAG 006-D.3. and DIN 50018. Meets FM No.4470 Criteria.

Seam Plates are made of Aluminum PLUS Zinc coated steel. The round design provides an ultimate even spreading of loads and eliminates sharp corners that can damage the insulation or membrane. (60 mm) seam plates are used for lap seam fastening. (73 mm) insulation plates are for fastening insulation. These plates are designed to be used with fasteners in TPO PVC roofing system with ply-Iso Insulation.
